Billericay Town are grabbing headlines at the moment after signing ex-Fulham men Jamie O'Hara and Paul Konchesky - and now they've hit them again thanks to this bizarre pre-match ritual.

It's fair to say the pair, who have played in the Premier League let's not forget, will probably have never seen anything quite like this before in their dressing rooms, and neither have we to be honest, and that's coming from someone who has graced the Sunday League circuit for a while.

Ahead of their Ryman League Cup final clash with Tonbridge Angels on Thursday, the Billericay players decided a show of team spirit was needed to oust any pre-match nerves that may have been lingering.

R Kelly's 2003 hit 'World's Greatest' was the song chosen, with owner Glen Tamplin demanding the players to "shut your eyes and mean it" with Konchesky looking a tad embarrassed while O'Hara seemed to be enjoying the sing-along.

The song seemed to work a treat though, as the pair and their team beat Tonbridge Angels 8-3 to pick up the trophy.
