Jon Toral scored a hat-trick as Brentford cruised to victory over a Blackpool side destined to drop into League One.

In a game that was as one-sided as England v San Marino contests, Toral scored twice in three minutes to give the Bees a 2-0 lead before Charles Dunne was sent off for a two-footed challenge on Jota.

The second half was solely in Blackpool's half with David Button becoming practically a spectator.

Andre Gray made it 3-0 seven minutes into the second period at the second attempt but the Bees could have scored at will.

And the Spaniard took home the match ball in the final minute as he turned home at the far post.

Manager Mark Warburton said: “ Toral came through the Barcelona academy . He's had a fantastic education.

“I'm delighted to have that relationship with Arsenal and delighted Jon is embracing it.

“He’ll get better and better and I have no doubt Jon will play in the Premier League.

“I met with Arsene recently and he asked me if he’s got the potential to play in the top flight. I’ve got no doubt he has.”
