QPR face a Burton Albion side high in confidence this afternoon as they return to Championship action.

The Brewers pose a physical threat all over the pitch, but who are the key players for the Hoops to watch out for?

Ben Turner

The big defender is instrumental to Nigel Clough's team, very much leading by example in the defence. Standing at 6'4", he's sure to pose an aerial threat in both penalty areas, meaning it could be the job of Matt Smith to match the defender like-for-like an any aerial duals.

Jamie Allen

A summer recruit from Rochdale, Allen has adjusted to life in Championship with ease. The 22-year-old has his best years ahead of him, and will look to get on the ball and dictate play for the Brewers against the combative nature of Josh Scowen and Massimo Luongo for the Hoops.

Lucas Akins

The frontman has been a long-term favourite of the club having been with the Brewers since their League Two days.

Akins is a real all-rounder, and has showcased his pace, power and link-up play making him an extremely effective number nine, however his talents don't end their with the striker showing real versatility of late, doing a job for his team in midfield and on the flanks.
