Stedfast United completed an unbeaten league season on Saturday - but only just.

The Middlesex County League Division Three (Hounslow & District) champions hosted Feltham Town at Cranford Community College in their final game.

But with half the team already on holiday, they just about managed to scrape a team together, but had no subs.

Matthew Woods opened the scoring for Stedfast with his 95th goal of what has been a truly prolific campaign.

And although Feltham equalised from a free-kick with a minute left, Stedfast maintained their proud record of not having lost in 16 league games - winning 13 and drawing three. They scored 103 goals in the process, finishing with a +78 goal difference.

Meanwhile, in Division One (West), CB Hounslow United Social beat Broadfields 3-0.
