High-flying Eagles continued their assault towards the division three title with victory over London Eagles on Sunday.

Valmir Shehu's men - Albanians from Fulham, Hammersmith and Shepherd's Bush - raced into a 3-0 lead through Zeni Smaci, Beram Skeja and Selman Kuka before the visitors pulled one back.

But Elidon Vuksani and Smaci completed a 5-1 win to boost their promotion hopes.

Elsewhere, former Golden Lions man Danny Wheeler hit a stunning hat-trick as RBL Fulham thumped strugglers Logica 4-0.

David Andrews bagged their other goal.

Jay Ashfield scored a consolation as Eel Brook Rangers were edged out by the odd goal in five at Bec United.

Cool Oak Rangers twice threw away the lead as they were held at Wig Army in the senior amateur reserve.

Karl Collins and Chuckie Scarlett were on the mark in the 2-2 draw, while Shameek Grant was star man.

In Division One, player shortages couldn't stop Shoots & Leaves claiming a share of the spoils at Tooting Broadway.

Injuries and illness meant Gerry Rockett's side were down to the bare bones, but Spencer Taffurelli's strike earned them a point.

SPARTAN PREMIER LGE Cockfosters.....................2 LONDON TIGERS..............3

IT TOOK a Elton Almieda strike in the sixth minute of stoppage-time to keep up Tigers'promotion bid.

Almeida left Cockfosters' keeper Danny Curbelo clutching at air as he rifled Isaac Mopi's cross into the roof of the net, bringing to an end seven mad minutes.

With the score locked at 1-1 going into the last minute,Tigers side seemed to have sealed the points when Mopi's cross found Edson Cata, whose shot squirmed in.

However, the hosts levelled four minutes into injury time to seemingly dash Tigers'hopes of victory.

It was a far cry from the sedate fare that had gone before, Marco Tagbajumi's fourth-minute opener for the visitors, having been equalised by Dave Pieden's 66th minute strike.
