Kamo Mokotjo and Henrik Dalsgaard have been handed their Brentford debuts by head coach Dean Smith.
The Bees midfielder partners Josh McEachran and Ryan Woods in the middle, while Dalsgaard has been preferred as right back to Maxime Colin.
Jota, despite being linked with a move away, starts for the Bees on the wing with Florian Jozefzoon replacing Sergi Canos, who was injured in the victory over Celta Vigo last weekend.
Harlee Dean is absent from the squad through suspension.
