Ross McCormack has been dropped from Fulham's starting XI for tomorrow's clash with Millwall due to his poor fitness levels.

Boss Felix Magath substituted the £11million summer signing in the second half of last weekend's 2-1 defeat at Ipswich Town.

And the German chief has decided to relegate the Scotland star to the bench for the London derby against the Lions.

He said: “Unfortunately he wasn’t with us in pre-season and is not in the same condition as the others. Ross has improved but it’s not enough to start.”

Australian striker Adam Taggart misses out again as he battles to overcome an abdominal problem, while Ryan Williams is suspended.

Magath is set to make a couple of changes from the side from the one that lost at Portman Road last time out.

But youngster Patrick Roberts may have to settle for a place on the bench again, despite his impressive cameo.
