Boss Ian Holloway has decided to move away from the side that lost 1-0 at Aston Villa on Tuesday night.

In goal, Alex Smithies keeps his place. In front of him in defence is James Perch, Nedum Onuoha, Grant Hall and Joel Lynch.

In midfield, it's Massimo Luongo, Ryan Manning, Ravel Morrison and Jack Robinson.

Up front, Matt Smith and Conor Washington are restored to the starting XI after their impressive performances off the bench at Villa Park.

On the substitutes' bench for Rangers tonight is Matt Ingram, Jake Bidwell, Sean Goss, Luke Freeman, Pawel Wszolek, Yeni Ngbakato and Idrissa Sylla.

Brighton are marching towards automatic promotion but the Hoops are looking to make sure they are mathematically safe and finish as high as they can.

The Seagulls' starting XI is Stockdale, Bruno, Dunk, Huenemeier, Pocognoli, Knockaert, Stephens, Sidwell, March, Hemed and Murray.

On the bench for the visitors is Maenpaa, Tomori, Forren, Murphy, Norwood, Skalak and Akpom.
