QPR could face a midfield crisis for Sunday's crucial clash at Manchester City.
Samba Diakite has missed the past two games with a virus and hasn't returned to full training, while Akos Buzskay (hamstring) and Shaun Derry (thigh) are also injury concerns.
Boss Mark Hughes admits Diakite is unlikely to be ready in time for the trip to the Etihad Stadium, and is keeping his fingers crossed Buzsaky and Derry recover to ease in the strain in the middle of the park.
Rangers need just a point to be sure of Premier League survival, but will definitely escape the drop if relegation rivals Bolton fail to win at Stoke.
