QPR are looking to improve "two or three areas" of the team, according to assistant manager Marc Bircham.

Speaking to the club's official website, Bircham said that there wouldn't be anywhere near the number of changes seen at the club over recent years.

He said: "For QPR, no there won't (be a lot of movement)

.

It's to do with budgets and what we can get out will affect what we can get in. We've got the bulk of the squad who are here for next season.

"There are areas we're looking for. We're not going to show our cards yet but there are two or three areas we want to strengthen.

"If you look at the last six transfer windows there's been lots of movement, and the way the players contracts have gone has meant there's always been a big overhaul, but there won't be this year.

"There might be a couple, a handful maybe, but not the massive overhaul which there's been in the past."
