QPR are in talks with Fulham over a possible move for striker Bobby Zamora .
Whites boss Martin Jol last week insisted he was keen to keep hold of the England frontman, who still has two-and-a-half years to run on his contract at Craven Cottage.
However, it is understood Rangers have lodged a bid for the 31-year-old.
Zamora was a favourite under QPR boss Mark Hughes during his stint in charge in SW6, but wages could still be a stumbling block over the proposed switch to Loftus Road.
