QPR picked up a point in a frustrating 1-1 draw with Sunderland.

Despite being the better team and dominating for large spells, the Hoops just lacked that killer instinct to finish the game as a contest.

However it was a much-improved all-round display, but who came out on top in our full-time player ratings?

Three stars - Idrissa Sylla

The frontman was a revelation up top, showcasing a relentless work ethic, strength and hunger to put a shaky Sunderland defence to the test.

We know what Sylla is capable of but we just need to see it more regularly.

Two stars - Ryan Manning

The youngster was the main talking point in Ollie's starting XI, but was one of the Hoops biggest threats.

Using the space down the left, he caused constant problems for Sunderland's defence, and showed excellent direct play to get the ball in towards the strikers at the earliest opportunity; something which caused a lot of issues for the hosts.

Has he played his way into Ollie's team? Based on that he certainly deserves another chance.

One star - Josh Scowen

The midfielder was his usual consistent self against Sunderland, breaking up play and putting in a number of crunching tackles.

It was a competitive midfield, but Scowen certainly came out on top as the Hoops kept control of the match.
