QPR manager Ian Holloway is looking to make a tactical switch as they prepare to face Derby County this evening.

The Hoops are looking to end a run of 15 games without a victory on the road, and face a Rams side who they haven't beaten at Pride Park since October 2009.

Having lost just one of their last six home games, Holloway says he's going to have to come up with something different to beat Gary Rowett's side.

Speaking to the club's official website, he said: "The whole mindset away from home needs to change for us. It’s something we’ve discussed and it’s something we’ve been working on.

“We need to look at the way we play on our travels, but I’m not going to talk publicly about how we do that, because we don’t want to give away our game-plan.

“What I will say is that I’ve got every confidence and belief in this group of players to go and get a result at a place like Pride Park.

“I mean that when I say it, because I work with these players every day of the week and I believe in what we’re doing day in, day out, week in, week out.”
