QPR will look to bounce back from Saturday's 2-0 home defeat to derby when they host Blackpool at Loftus Road tomorrow night.
Chelsea will be in action the following night when they will look to build on their 2-0 win at Stoke as they travel to Romania to take on CFR Cluj-Napoca in the Champions League.
Jose Bosingwa gave them a first-half lead at the Brittania Stadium, before Nicolas Anelka secured the win after the break.
Fulham, meanwhile, never recovered from gifting visitors West Ham a 2-0 half-time lead, losing 2-1 despite pulling back a goal through a Danny Murphy penalty.
