Armand Traore insists there are QPR goals to be had – and not just from Charlie Austin.
The leading scorer was missing from the 0-0 away draw at Watford that put a halt to the mini slump of just a single point from three games.
But Rangers drew a blank for the third time in a row as well, although second-half sub Traore reckons an enforced break for Austin can only be good in the long run.
The forward has a hamstring problem, but the Frenchman insists others have been unlucky in front of goal.
Traore said: “We had good possession and we deserved a goal – but it was one of those days. Had we scored in the first half we could have got a couple more.
“But you have to credit Watford they were also strong defensively.
“I think there are goals in the team from Junior Hoilett and Matt Phillips for example, and I think Charlie needs a rest. It’s been hard for him on his own in recent games, even though he’s done really well.”
