CLINT Hill insists he's fighting fit and ready to return to action against Arsenal on Saturday.

The QPR defender picked up a back injury in training last week, which ruled him out of the win against boyhood club Liverpool.

Hill was only fit enough to make the bench for Saturday's defeat at Sunderland, but says he's raring to go to help boost Rangers' survival bid.

He told the Chronicle : “I had a bit of a back spasm and had no power in my legs, which set me back.

“I went to see a chiropractor to get it sorted and was only back training on Friday, so it was a difficult decision for the gaffer.

“But I feel good and hopefully am in contention for the weekend.”
