NEDUM Onuoha admits tomorrow's relegation six-pointer at Bolton is a game QPR can't afford to lose.

Rangers go into the clash at the Reebok on the back of a nightmare run of just one win in 15 Premier League games.

With relegation rivals Blackburn at Wolves, defeat in the North West will see the Rs slip into the bottom three.

And Onuoha admits it's crucial Mark Hughes's men return back down south with a share of the spoils.

“It's vital that we get something up there,” said the former Manchester City defender. “We need to pick up as many points as we can.

“It might be quite tense but hopefully we've got enough quality and determination in the side to get the three points.

“We're going to have to be at our best because they're desperate for the points just like we are.”
