HARRY Redknapp cast more doubt over the future of Adel Taarabt after the Moroccan was left out of QPR's pre-season tour to Austria.

The 24-year-old was sent home from the training camp in Devon last week after turning up late for a session.

And the former Spurs star's days at Loftus Road look numbered after being left out of the 24-man squad that flew to Austria for games against Besiktas and Udinese this week.

Jose Bosingwa , Anton Ferdinand and Luke Young missed out, featuring in the development squad's 2-0 defeat at Stevenage instead, while wantaway midfielder Joey Barton was also left at home.

And chief executive Phil Beard hinted those left behind are surplus to requirements in west London.

He said: “Harry will take those on the plane who he thinks will be ready to contribute on August 3 because the clock's ticking.”

Keeper Julio Cesar is still away on holiday after international duty with Brazil, while injured duo Samba Diakite and Hogan Ephraim remain in London for treatment.
