QPR are expecting Julio Cesar and Armand Traore to be fit for tomorrow's vital trip to Aston Villa.
Keeper Cesar (pic) has recovered from a mixture of dead leg and hamstring strain, and Traore’s calf problem has cleared up to offer options in Hoops' defence.
Boss Harry Redknapp said: “Traore had a calf strain, but he should be all right. Cesar has trained twice this week and should be all right as well.”
The Brazilian keeper might well usurp Robert Green from the number one jersey, but after a heartening 3-1 home win over Sunderland last week, Traore is set to take a place on the bench.
One player nailed on the team sheet is Loic Remy, whose sparkling form has earned the French striker a recall to his national team for the forthcoming international week.
Redknapp added: “It’s good for him and great for QPR. He may have to play extra games but you can’t have it always and hopefully he’ll come through fit.”
