Chris Iwelumo has said that Wolves should have had a penalty for Jack Robinson's foul on Leo Bonatini.

The defender appeared to grab the attacker in the penalty area, although the striker did go to ground easily.

Speaking to Colin Murray on Football On Five, he said: "For me it's a great run and a great pass as well. Jack Robinson tries to make up the ground, but it's a penalty kick. I don't know what the referee is doing there. He (Robinson) actually gets him by the face. If he doesn't do that I think the other centre-back is coming round to recover, but it's a penalty kick, 100 percent."

Iwelumo reserved special praise for striker Matt Smith who grabbed the winner, before describing the visible hunger in the QPR squad.

He said: "If he (Matt Smith) gets the service he's going to score you goals.

"He's a fantastic guy in the dressing room, and outside he's a good professional and always wants to improve. He attacks the ball at the highest point he can, and he's a presence. He holds the ball up well, he's mobile for a big man and ticks all the boxes and is an absolute gentleman.

"I bumped into Ian Holloway a couple of weeks ago and he just says it's about making it to the next transfer window. I think seven or eight players are on one-year contracts and what that does is give the player a hunger, a desire, a drive to go out there and compete.

"To be fair, they thoroughly deserved the win."
