Pinner United has finished the season with a hat-trick of successes - and all within weeks of its 20th Anniversary.

Last month, the Under 11A side won the Middlesex County Cup, the club’s first success in the prestigious competition since being founded in April 1994 by Dave Howes

This month, they were named Club of the Year by the Harrow Youth Football League (HYFL) just days after being awarded the ‘Respect’ Fair Play Award by the Middlesex County FA (MCFA) for the exemplary conduct of their U15s.

Howes said: “We are currently on cloud nine with all this success at such a significant time in the club’s history. There are many much bigger clubs around us and we have to work harder to stay in competition with some of them and therefore these successes are hugely important to the club.

"We have excellent pitches for our ten sides and a talented and dedicated committee who ensure that we fulfil our obligations to the HYFL and MCFA and have managers of the highest standards.”

The club has an Academy for four to seven year-olds run by two coaches, both of whom hold UEFA B licenses. The aim of which is provide players for the sides starting at the  U7 age group.

Within the club there are 15 qualified coaches, ranging from Level 1 and 2 through to UEFA B, coaching the teams and Academy players.  They are able to offer trials with all of our sides and to give a quick decision on triallists suitability.

Academy attendees are taken without trial, and the club's aim is to develop them over several seasons in the hope they will represent the club when they reach the U7s.

The club has also been praised for its website,  www.pinnerunitedfc.com , and its mobile app. The club believe it is the only youth football set up in the country with its own app - something even few professional clubs have.
