PETR Cech returned to full training this morning to hand Chelsea boss Andre Villas-Boas a massive fitness boost ahead of Saturday's trip to Sunderland.

The Czech keeper missed the wins against West Brom and Norwich City after suffering knee ligament damage in training.

However, the 29-year-old was back in action at Cobham this morning, and is in line to replace Hilario for the clash at the Stadium of Light at the weekend.
