NEIL Warnock became the highest paid QPR manager in history when he swapped his £780,000-a-year salary at Crystal Palace for the same money in west London this week.
His wage dwarfs the £3,500-a-week former boss John Gregory received during his time at Loftus Road , and keeps him as one of the biggest earners in the Championship.
Warnock will also receive a bonus for keeping the club up this season, as well as getting them promotion to the Premier League next campaign.
