Mark Hughes set for Fulham job

Mark Hughes will be named Fulham manager within the next 24 hours after he agreed terms on a rolling one-year contract in the early hours of Thursday morning.

Mark Hughes will be named Fulham manager within the next 24 hours after he agreed terms on a rolling one-year contract in the early hours of Thursday morning.

The 46-year-old Welshman is Fulham’s second choice after the West London club failed to prise Martin Jol from Dutch giants Ajax.

The former Manchester City boss has been available since he was sacked by the Eastlands club last December.
