GREECE midfielder Giorgos Karagounis has signed a new one-year deal at Fulham.

GREECE midfielder Giorgos Karagounis has signed a new one-year deal at Fulham.

The 36-year-old featured 28 times for the Whites last campaign after arriving on a short-term contract, scoring two goals.

Karagounis was listed among Fulham's released list after that deal expired at the end of June.

However, the club have confirmed the former Inter Milan and Benfica ace has now agreed fresh terms.
