Josh Clarke is just happy to be playing regularly for Brentford and doesn't really mind which position he plays in.

Clarke, described by Dean Smith as a 'polyfilla player', has played at right back, left back, right wing and left wing so far this season.

He started on the wing but Rico Henry's knee injury forced him to be deployed as a left back before Henrik Dalsgaard's knock moved him to the right hand side.

But, for the youth team product, he doesn't care where he plays and just focuses on improving all aspects of his game.

He added: “I'm happy I'm playing. I just work on it in training and do extra work. I'm working on heading, both feet and everything. That's the main thing.”

Clarke has made 17 appearances for the Bees in all competitions and has found the net on three occasions, including in the 4-1 win at QPR in the Carabao Cup.
