Diego Costa will start for Chelsea against Paris St Germain in the last 16 of the Champions League.

The Spaniard has not started a game since January 27 after he was banned for stamping on Emre Can in the Capital One Cup semi final against Liverpool and Jose Mourinho is unsure about his fitness after time out of the game.

Mourinho said: "Yes, I start him. I don't think it's good for a player to be three weeks or three matches without starting a game.

"I don't think he is in the best condition. Remy and Drogba played the last three matches and it is important they have minutes and confidence."

Pondering: Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho during the press conference

The Blues are only missing John Obi Mikel and the only selection headache Mourinho has is who to start in goal.

Petr Cech started in the win over Everton with Thibaut Courtois struggling with injury but the Belgian is now fit again.

Mourinho added: "Chelsea has the two best goalkeepers in the Premier League and for me, easy job"

Kurt Zouma could continue in place of Gary Cahill, who was dropped after the Blues' loss to Bradford.
