MARTIN Jol wants guarantees before sending his Fulham young guns out on loan.
The Craven Cottage chief hopes to get first-team experience for the likes of Matthew Briggs, Kerim Frei and Chris David.
However, Jol wants assurances his youngsters will be playing regularly, or will refuse to sanction deals.
He said: “It’s about the situation, if you get a club who needs a player like Frei or Briggs I will sit down and talk to them.
“If they play them, I will think about it, if they get them in as a squad player, I will never do that - that is horrible.
“I’ve had that before with Briggs going on loan and not playing. We are aware of the fact that if they go on loan, they need to play.”
