QPR defender Jake Bidwell says he isn't surprised by the club's victories over Wolverhampton Wanderers and Sheffield United, saying 'it's been coming.

The Hoops had been on a run of seven games without a victory before Saturday's win over Wolves, and Bidwell says the team's performances have been key.

Speaking to GetWestLondon, he said: "We’re obviously delighted with back-to-back home wins. I said in the week that It wouldn’t be a surprise if we beat Wolves because anyone can beat anyone in this league, and I think it’s been coming.

"Yes, we hadn’t won in seven, but five of them have been draws but we felt like we weren’t far away. Performances on the whole were decent and thankfully we’ve carried on and got what we deserved in the last two games.

"It’s always a relief. We go into every game wanting to win it and we could have picked up more points in the last few games, so we just want to keep performing and more often than not pick up all three points."
