QPR manager Ian Holloway has hinted that he knows who is going to replace creative midfielder Luke Freeman when they travel to face Preston tomorrow.

The midfielder faces a one-match ban after picking up his fifth booking of the season against Brentford on Monday night, but Holloway says it gives someone else an opportunity to stake a claim for starting spot.

Speaking to the club's official website, he said: “Everyone is loving how he (Freeman) is playing. He’s looking a brilliant player, which he is.

“But him being out gives somebody else a chance to come in and do well.

“To be honest it will probably be a very exciting young one who has done well for us before.”

Ollie also confirmed that he is set to be without long-term absentees Nedum Onuoha, Grant Hall, Joel Lynch, James Perch and Darnell Furlong for the trip to Deepdale.
