QPR manager Ian Holloway has been dealt a further blow with the news that captain Nedum Onuoha will miss his side's trip to Middlesbrough with a hamstring injury.
We take a look at the options at Ollie's disposal ahead of a tough test at the Riverside.
The Hoops did well to come back and salvage a point against a resilient Millwall side on Tuesday night after a disappointing first half display.
A major blow to come out of the game was the hamstring injury sustained by Nedum Onuoha, forcing him out of action for the weekend's clash with Middlesbrough.
This leaves defensive options limited, with the most likely choice being a combination of Alex Baptiste and Jack Robinson in defence, or a potential return to action for Steven Caulker.
Elsewhere Ollie is likely to keep changes to a minimum, but after naming an unchanged team for the last two games, it's likely he may make two or three alterations to the side.
A contender for a starting spot could be Matt Smith who has proven to be an effective option off the bench after scoring midweek against the Lions. Ian Holloway may well see this as the ideal game to give the striker a chance from the start.
Grant Hall, Joel Lynch, James Perch and Jordan Cousins all remain sidelined through injury, meaning that Holloway will have a similar squad available to that which face Ipswich and Millwall this week.
Other than the enforced change to replace Onuoha, I'd expect one or two additional alterations for the clash at the Riverside, with the likes of Kazenga Lua Lua, Matt Smith and Idrissa Sylla all in contention to start.
The likes of David Wheeler, Bright Osayi-Samuel and Paul Smythe, although high in potential, are unlikely to be thrown in at the deep end against a Championship promotion contender, and in my opinion it's a lot more likely to see two or three of the newest faces taking their place on the substitutes bench in order to make a late introduction.
For such a tricky match, I'd assume that Ollie will stick with a largely tried and tested formula.
Predicted XI: Smithies, Furlong, Baptiste, Robinson, Bidwell, Wszolek, Scowen, Luongo, Freeman, Washington, Smith.
Who would you choose?
So with the additions that have been made, who would you select to take on the Teessiders?
Would you give Smith, Sylla or Furlong a chance to impress? Or would you stick with a similar side to that who fought back to secure a point against Millwall?
