Hanwell Town were crowing it took Manchester City ace Sergio Aguero took 158 games to score 100 goals - but it only took their own Bill Healey a modest 125 to reach his ton.

It proved excellent timing for the Town hit machine when he levelled in the 87th minute against Marlow at the weekend to force a 1-1 draw after Richie Whittingham gave one of only two ever-present FA Cup entrants since 1871 the lead 19 minutes earlier.

It also left the tantalising hope Healey and co can still qualify for the Southern League Central play-offs provided they win their last two games starting with the side above them in sixth, Barton Rovers, tomorrow at home.

At the other end of the table, North Greenford are going down with a bang and not a whimper.

Already relegated, they led Chalfont St Peter 2-0 thanks to strikes from Bryan Vigneron and Orlando Rodrigues, only to get pegged back with the second Saints goal a minute before the end.

Even so, they can haul themselves off the foot of the table if they beat derby rivals AFC Hayes at home tomorrow (Saturday).

London Tigers eased their relegation fears from Spartan Premier with a 2-0 win over Colney Hatch - but then slipped back on Tuesday night against Berkhamsted.

Against Colney the Perivale side were ahead after just four minutes when Jabir Laraba cleverly back-heeled the ball into the path of Hesham Benmansour who slammed home.

Keeper Arlys Pampolim was in top form for Tigers, and three top drawer saves was ribbon-tied when sub Ali Soussi cut in from the wing to fire home for a 2-0 win.

But four days later it was a different story against the side in sixth place.

Berkhamsted took the lead on 12 minutes and never looked like relinquishing it. Tigers hit back at 2-0 down through a cheeky back heel from Laraba, but the coffin nail was driven home in the 87th minute for a 3-1 defeat.
