Jamie O’Hara is back for the trip to Bristol City on Saturday - but Fulham will have to get by without Jazz Richards for the next couple of weeks.

Midfielder O’Hara served his one-match suspension as Whites beat Reading 4-2 last Saturday in a remarkable game (see video), but at the same time lost defender Richards to a calf problem after 37 minutes.

Fortunately, boss Kit Symons has speedy Ryan Fredericks ready to step into the right-back spot.

“It’s Jazz’s calf,” the manager explained. “It’s a bit of a niggly one but it’s going to be two to three weeks [out] from the time of doing it.

“He’s still not out running or doing any physical work as of yet, so we’ll have to make sure we get that right for him, and we will do, but that’s why we need a squad.

“We’ve got three big games coming up now in a week, starting at Bristol, away to Burnley, then home to Birmingham. Three massive games before the next international break, three brilliant games for us, but we’re going to use the whole squad.”

Long-term injuries Marcus Bettinelli and Jack Grimmer are still out, but otherwise Symons is spoilt for choice.

“Everyone’s looking good,” he told the club’s website. “(Striker) Matty Smith’s back now and is available, Scotty Parker (midfield) is back available again now, so it’s looking okay.”
