Fulham are boosted by the return of Hugo Rodallega for Saturday’s clash with in-from Manchester City.

The Colombian suffered a groin injury in the League Cup defeat against Leicester City in October, but is back in full training and will return to the squad.

Boss Rene Meulensteen has no fresh injury concerns, although skipper Brede Hangeland and Moussa Dembele remain sidelined.

He said: “I’ve had a full squad to train with. Hugo Rodallega is back in the squad and just needs a bit of sharpening up as he’s been out for a while.”

Meanwhile, the Dutchman has tipped Manuel Pellegrini’s men for a title tilt after they dismantled Spurs and Arsenal in recent weeks.

“City will be strongly pushing for the title,” he added. “It’s going to be tight with them and Chelsea if you ask me.

“They’re a great club with great players and we have to test ourselves. We’ll do our upmost to get something out of it.

“The players are aware of the situation we’re in and how we can get out of it. The only disappointment in the three games I’ve been in charge of is that we’ve only picked up three points when we could have had five or six.”
