Fulham have taken up the option on Alex Kacaniklic to extend his deal at Craven Cottage until 2015.
The Swedish winger's contract was due to expire at the end of the season. However, the club have triggered a clause to keep him in SW6 for another 12 months.
Kacaniklic was restricted to a bit-part role under former boss Martin Jol earlier this season, but has featured more regularly since Rene Meulensteen took charge at the beginning of December.
The 22-year-old has made 38 appearances since his move from Liverpool in 2010, scoring five goals.
