Brede Hangeland insists he's not expecting any favours off Mark Hughes when Fulham travel to Stoke on Saturday.

The Cottagers head to the Britannia Stadium with their survival hopes hanging by a thread following last weekend's setback against Hull that saw them blow a two-goal lead.

Felix Magath's men are a point adrift of safety with two games remaining, although the three sides above them have all played one less.

Stoke are on course for a top-10 finish, but Hangeland, who played under Hughes at Craven Cottage in 2010/11, says there's no chance of the Potters taking the game lightly.

Familiar face: Mark Hughes walked out on Fulham after just a season at Craven Cottage

He said: "Mark Hughes is a top pro and he will have his team motivated and ready to go. They will be hard to beat, as are any team in the Premier League.

"We are not expecting an easy game up there. It will be as hard as ever but we have to win.

"The next two weeks will decide whether we're in the Premier League or not. We have 31 points and we need six points from the next two to stay up, probably, and that has to be our target.

"We all know the stakes. It's do or die for us at the moment."
