Fulham are off to the birthplace of film star turned politician Arnold Schwarzenegger for a short pre-season tour.
The Whites hope fitness and form will see them terminate a couple of teams in their build-up to August and the Championship campaign. The trip to Styria in south-east Austria between July 20-26 has games pencilled in for the 22nd and 25th.
The club has yet to finalise details, but the plan is either to play the likes of top sides Sturm Graz or SV Kapvenburg based there, or visiting teams from abroad.
Styria will be the second stopping point following Fulham’s stay in Portugal.
There will be an open training session at the Estadio Da Nora in Albufeira on July 11, which will feature a training match against Aston Villa, with a kick-off time to be confirmed. This session will be open to supporters free of charge.
Back home, Fulham will take on Crawley Town at the Checkatrade.com Stadium on Saturday, July 18 (3pm), before rounding off at Craven Cottage against Crystal Palace on Saturday, August 1 (3pm).
