Sergi Canos believes this Brentford squad can achieve great things in the future, provided they can maintain this form and stick together.

The Bees are on 63 points this season and are two shy of last season's tally of 65 but their form, especially in recent weeks, has been exceptional.

They have won their last four games at home, outclassing Bristol City, Leeds, Derby and Queens Park Rangers in the process.

And Canos knows that the Bees have a side packed with great potential.

“It will happen if we can keep this form and keep all together. We can do great things,” he said.

For now though, Brentford must aim to better last season's points tally and Canos wants to do that, while continuing to wow the supporters.

The Spaniard added: He added: Hopefully we can make more points than last year. Last year we made 65.

“If we can get one more win to get above, that's the target right now and make the fans enjoy our football.”
