FORMER Fulham loanee Stefano Okaka wants to return to the Premier League.

The Roma striker made 13 appearances during a six-month spell with the Whites last season, scoring two goals.

However, the 20-year-old is behind Adriano, Francesco Totti, Mirko Vucinic and Julio Baptista in the pecking order with the Italian giants, and would be happy to return to England.

His agent, Domenico Scopellitti, said: "I have not been contacted by any particular club.

"Certainly, if Roma decide to transfer him, Stefano would like to repeat the experience in England or go to play in Scotland. Both leagues are better suited to his characteristics.

"I believe the player needs to be handed the chance to play more, something which at Roma is not possible.

"Hence, another experience like that of Fulham would be good for him. I'm making moves in that transfer market.

"He would also do very well in a small team in the Premier League because it would see him play an entire season in one of the most beautiful and difficult leagues in the world."
