Nasser El-Khayati has left Queens Park Rangers by mutual consent, it has been confirmed this afternoon.

The wide man, signed from Burton Albion in January 2016 on an initial two-and-a-half year deal, scored one goal - against Charlton Athletic - in 25 appearances for the club in his 18 months.

El-Khayati, 28, found his chances limited at Loftus Road and was on loan with Dutch side Ado Den Haag last season from January.

El-Khayati has also played for Den Bosch, NAC Breda, Olympiakos Nicosia and Kozakken Boys before coming to England in 2015 with Burton.

Ian Holloway is finalising his squad ahead of next week's transfer deadline with a number of ins and outs.
