Eberechi Eze scored a hat-trick as QPR Under-23s recorded a 4-1 victory over Hull City at Harlington.

The youngster looked impressive, with Sean Goss also getting on the scoresheet as they got their team off to a winning start.

Fringe players including the likes of Joe Lumley, Osman Kakay, Niko Hamalainen, Charlie Owens, Michael Petrasso, Ilias Chair and Reece Grego-Cox were also involved, while Alex Baptiste made his first appearance in the Hoops of QPR as he tries to build up his match fitness.

Baptiste signed on a free transfer after having his Middlesbrough contract terminated following an injury hit spell on Teesside.

He will be hoping to force his way into Ian Holloway's starting eleven once fit.
