Rico Henry has caught the eye of Brentford team mate Florian Jozefzoon in just five games.

The 19-year-old has impressed since his debut at Sheffield Wednesday and was excellent in the 1-0 defeat to Huddersfield.

Jozefzoon linked up well with the young star and, while acknowledging Henry still has a lot to learn, he has been impressed at how the full back has settled into Championship football.

The Dutchman said: “I like him very much but he's still got a lot to learn. We can talk well and play well together.

“I like how he plays and how he grows in games and it's only good for the club that they put him in and let him play. Tom (Field) is also good and the club are spoilt for choice at left back.”

Brentford will be looking to return to winning ways on Tuesday when they take on struggling Wolves.

“We have to bounce back because if you look at the group we have, we've got a good group that can get results. The result has to come with good football,” Jozefzoon added.

“We can take heart from the performance against Huddersfield but I'm really disappointed with the result as we deserved more.

“The second ball was really important and we didn't always win the second ball so you can't play. We had a big chance with Lasse but didn't score.”
