Brentford fans were out in force but they went home unhappy after seeing their side lose 2-1 at home to Charlton.

Callum Harriott gave the Addicks the lead after 19 seconds and stun the home crowd into silence.

Brentford fans rose to applause in the 24th minute in honour of Dean Langford, who tragically died in a car crash and our snapper was on hand to capture the tribute.

The team paid the perfect tribute as Yoann Barbet scored his first goal for the club and celebrated in front of the supporters in the New Road - see if you can spot yourself.

But the goal was not to be the spark of a come-from-behind win as Harriott bagged his second to give the visitors victory.

And after the Bees latest poor showing, Brentford head coach Dean Smith took full responsibility for the results.

He said: "I've not bought a player in yet and we've lost a number of players but I'm here to take responsibility as well because I'm the manager who puts the team out there, so theres no way I'm going to shirk any responsibility, that's for sure.

"Speaking to the players there we have to be together in what we do.

"It's been tough, we know that the quality of the players we've lost would hurt any team and we've not managed to replace them as of yet either."
