Queens Park Rangers boss Ian Holloway heads back to Bristol on Good Friday, facing his ex-club's Bristol Rovers' bitter City rivals.

And Hoops star James Perch says he and his team-mates will be looking to go and win at Ashton Gate following three defeats in a row.

If Rangers perform like they did in the final 25 minutes against Brighton last week - but from the start of tomorrow's game - they should have a good chance of coming away with all three points.

James Perch will be hoping to start against Bristol City on Good Friday

Perch knows boss Holloway will enjoy the occasion, hoping to get one over City.

"We'll be expecting and the fans will be expecting us to go and win," Perch told Get West London.

"They haven't had the best season and not in the best run of form, but we know it's going to be a tough game and the Bristol City fans are going to be on the gaffer's back.

"Obviously, with him being an ex-Bristol Rovers man, he's going to love that and be bouncing for it.

"I am sure that will gee them up, but we'll be wanting to win for him and us. We won't be taking things for granted with the league position they're in.

James Perch had a good game last week for QPR

"They do have some good players, so we're just going to have to turn up and do what we did in the second half against Brighton and we'll be fine.

"It's a busy period over Easter but we've got a big enough squad to cope and do it. The gaffer will utilise everyone, for sure."
