David Prutton has predicted that QPR and Brentford will play out a 1-1 draw on Monday night.
The former midfielder, who had spells at Nottingham Forest, Leeds and Southampton, believes it will be a fascinating clash.
Ian Hollway is desperate to avoid his third successive defeat to the Bees as Rangers boss and will be looking to attack, while Brentford are, naturally, an attacking side.
Predicting a 1-1 draw, Prutton wrote on Sky: “A west London derby under the lights on a Monday night at Loftus Road? This should be a great encounter.
“QPR have slipped off the boil a little bit with three defeats on the spin, and they'll want to get back to winning ways as quickly as possibly so they don't slip back into danger.
“Brentford will provide tough opposition, and this should be an entertaining game between two sides who love to attack. But I can't separate them. Score draw.”
