When it comes to recovering from a losing position, Chelsea have one of the best ratio in the Premier League.

The Blues have gone behind in just six Premier League games this season, but have managed to turn half of those into victories.

No other side in the division comes close to that ratio of turning losses into wins with Tottenham's 31 per cent ratio the next best.

Jose Mourinho's side also managed to salvage a point from one of the remaining three games that weren't turned into wins giving them an overall 67% recovery ratio.

Again, that's the best ratio in the league, with Manchester United's 55% being the nearest, with Louis Van Gaal's team turning six out of 11 games from a losing position into either a win or a draw.

However, the best record when it comes to the total points won from losing positions is Crystal Palace's.

Alan Pardew's side have managed to win an impressive 17 points from losing positions, winning as many as five games and drawn two having gone behind in a match.

Tottenham have also won five games from losing positions, though have only drawn one.

Four sides have failed to win a single game from a losing position - Burnley (21 games), West Brom (19 games), Sunderland (17 games) and Everton (15 games).

Aston Villa and Hull have the joint worst recovery ratios in the league at 11%.

Villa have won one and drawn one of the 19 games in which they've been behind, while Hull have won one and drawn one of the 18 in which they've been behind.

Chelsea play Manchester United on Saturday evening.
