Dan Bailey celebrated a double victory as he picked up the manager’s and supporter’s player of the season gongs at AFC Hayes’ awards night.
Bailey, the defender who joined from Burnham earlier in the campaign, picked up the double accolade after a solid season from the quick and powerful centre back.
Charlie Goode picked up the players’ player award after the 18-year old defender had an encouraging season where he even scored three goals from defence.
It was also a breakthrough season for Paul Underwood following his first season at this level as he has won the young player of the year.
AFC Hayes reserve managers player of the year went to defender Dylan Ebengo and players’ player was scooped by Jerome Reuban.
In the Academy, left back Callum Holland won the award for excellent contribution.
Midfielder Jack Williams won most improved player, goalkeeper Frankie Atwell won players’ player and striker Justin Knussi won manager’s player.
Brookhouse Ladies also honoured their players as Jodie Byrne won players’ player and Ellie Byrne won manager’s player.
Komal Patel and Amber Coxhill won most improved and most dedicated respectively.
Meanwhile, Pro Football Academies UK are running a Football Camp in the May half-term at AFC Hayes for all ages.
