A new insight into the way Brentford go about their business behind the scenes has been shown in Denmark.

Danish TV station TV3 produced a documentary into the transfer of Emiliano Marcondes to Griffin Park.

The Bees agreed a deal in the summer to bring the Danish talent to Griffin Park in January, beating Brondby to the deal.

Marcondes arrived in London and expected to just be meeting co-director of football Rasmus Ankersen and assistant head coach Thomas Frank but owner Matthew Benham and head coach Dean Smith were also at the meeting.

That impressed Marcondes but there was still a big decision to be made and he wasn't going to be rushed into signing any contracts until he had the chance to make up his mind.

The documentary shows the detail of scouting that Brentford put into signing a player and how they make them feel wanted.
