MARTIN Jol will wait until midfielder Mahamadou Diarra returns to fitness before deciding on his Fulham future.
The Mali international has made just eight appearances all season due to a niggling knee injury, which has brought a premature end to his campaign.
Diarra, 31, is out of contract in the summer, and Jol wants to see if the former Real Madrid star makes a full recovery before offering him a new deal at Craven Cottage.
“Diarra is injured, so unfortunately he's not in a strong position,” said boss Jol.
“We will look after him and hopefully he will be fit again. Like [Zdenek] Grygera last year, we will have to make a decision.”
