FRANK Lampard admits Chelsea must win their 10 remaining games to stand any chance of catching Manchester United.

The defending champions cut the lead at the top to nine points following tonight's win at Blackpool , but the Blues do have a game in hand on their rivals and still have to face them at Old Trafford.

And the England midfielder knows they can't afford any slip-ups if they want to keep the Premier League trophy at Stamford Bridge .

He said: "It's nice to be looking upwards rather than looking to fight to get in the top four.

"We still have a battle to do that but we've got an eye above us rather than looking sideways.

"If we are going to do anything this season we need to win all our games. It's been a good week but we need to keep working hard and continue doing what we're doing.

"You have to believe. It's a long shot but we've given ourselves a lot to do. Manchester United and Arsenal are very good teams and they've got a bit of a gap.

"We can only look at our own game, and if we go and win every game we've got a great chance to do it but it's going to be very difficult."
